How I started
Hi Everyone, Cake That Chicago was started in 2010 when I decided I truly wanted to pursue my passion as an entrepenour. I discovered my interest in cake designing when my daughter was a baby. Creating her birthday cakes gave me such joy. Years later, I decided to practice my craft once again. I began to specialize in doing cakes in my spare time, as I am a stay at home mom. Creating cakes that bring joy is amazing and the core foundation of the Cake That Chicago.
I am able to take 2-3 cake orders each week and my cake schedule fills up quick so if you need a cake, please book your order today! Please allow no less than 2 weeks in advance. However, feel free to contact us, as we may have time available.
Once your order is confirmed, a 50% deposit is due the same day. This ensures your order in the event that someone else wants to also order for the same week and I am already booked. Your deposit will only be refunded if you cancel your order 3 weeks or more in advance. This means any cancellations made less than 3 weeks will be forfeited. The other half of the cost is due 1 week prior to the cake order pick up date.
